
BURBANK, IL - St. Laurence High School is excited to announce the addition of Laura Bugarin as the school’s Systems Auditor and Documentation Specialist.
Bugarin brings extensive experience from a 15 year corporate career where she helped several of the world’s leading retailers and brands deliver flawless marketing execution. In the new role, she will ensure that the school’s processes and systems are functioning efficiently through conducting audit reports, documenting policies and procedures, and developing system improvement plans.
“The addition of Laura is going to pay incredible dividends for our school,” said St. Laurence President Dr. Joseph Martinez ‘99. “Laura’s depth of knowledge and experience working with some of the world’s most renowned companies is going to bring a fresh perspective to our operations team and enhance the effectiveness of our entire school community so that we can continue to provide our families the best in Catholic education.”
Bugarin is a familiar face at St. Laurence, as she has served as the school’s head boys volleyball coach the past two seasons. She has led the Vikings to back-to-back Chicago Catholic League White Division championships in her two seasons. She also was named the division's Lawless Award Winner for Coach of the Year in 2024.
“I am thrilled to expand my role at St. Laurence in this new position,” said Bugarin. “This community has welcomed me with open arms, and I cannot wait to share my expertise and help this school maintain the amazing momentum it has built in recent years.”
